The Tranquile development is a vibrant resort style residential community that is now complete with limited stock available.

PBS Property and Parups Waring Architects worked together to create and produce a high end unit and townhouse development in Cannonvale, maximising functional areas and contemporary finishes that set a benchmark for both the local area and future developments of PBS Property.

The concept for the design of Tranquile was to create a contemporary “tropical villa” development. The original mature age palms have also been replanted in the development, after being nurtured in a nearby nursery.

The lagoon style pool and central landscaped amenities are now complete and will offer residents a tropical oasis in which to entertain, dine, swim and relax.
