The Tranquilé development is a vibrant resort style residential community with rental and sale opportunities available.

The concept for the design of Tranquilé was to create a contemporary “tropical villa” development.

The original mature age palms have also been replanted in the development, after being nurtured in a nearby nursery. The lagoon style pool and central landscaped amenities are now complete and will offer residents a tropical oasis in which to entertain, dine, swim and relax.
